Refund Policy

Has not been altered, resized, or customized unless originally done by us
Custom or personalized jewelry may be exempt from refunds unless defective or damaged, consistent with Canadian law.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping to the customer is included in the purchase price.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all refunds that are not related to defects, damage, or errors made by us.

3. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $25.00 CAD applies to all returned items except where the return is due to:
